Our Commitment At Velvet Foundry Co., your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every purchase — and if something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
EU Customers — Your Rights In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item. We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Hygiene & Sealed Products For health and hygiene reasons, fragrances, skincare, and beauty products that have been opened or have broken seals are not eligible for return. This exemption is permitted under EU consumer law.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once processed.
